Payment, Travel Fee & Booking Policy
SunRed is an outcall service: your practitioner travels to your hotel, residence
or villa in Bangkok, and payment is settled with her on arrival — never in advance,
never by bank transfer to a stranger.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash — Thai Baht only
- PromptPay QR — no additional fee
- WeChat Pay / Alipay — carries a transfer fee (5% + ฿200 handling)
Before you reserve
- A travel fee applies, calculated from your pin to the practitioner's dispatch point.
- Your address and pin are used for dispatch only, and are never shared publicly.
- The concierge confirms every reservation in chat before a practitioner is dispatched.
